Delivery Methods

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DETAILS.

$14.95 Flat rate standard order delivery in Australia. This doesn’t include items marked as heavy, bulky &/or over-sized items which are specially marked on the website. With minimal notice to us, orders may be picked up from our warehouse at 16 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow, NSW.

Currently we do not ship overseas, however, we are willing to quote, please ask.

Australian Tactical Supplies warehouses most of its products. We will endeavor to have your goods despatched within 2 business days.

Goods are packed Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.  We use multiple, reputable freight companies like Toll, Australia Post, and TNT. Our goods also are only delivered on weekdays.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

All deliveries must be signed for.  Parcels will not be left unattended for security reasons. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the freight company will arrange a convenient alternate delivery pick up point with you.

Currently, we will use the PayPal payment gateway which accepts nearly all forms of online payments. Ranging from American Express to Visa and Mastercard.

Returns and Exchanges

RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, sometimes this happens, products from Australian Tactical Supplies, have a 6 months warranty. In the event of an issue please email a photo to orders@AustralianTactical.com.au detailing the issue in order to be assessed. Upon assessment, if the goods are found to be a manufacturing or material fault, we will organize a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. There is no refund or repair without proof of sale from Australian Tactical supplies and the return of the faulty items.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

Incorrect Size and Change of Mind

We are happy to provide exchanges (for incorrect sizes only) or store credits for items in as-new, unused and original condition within 30 days of you receiving the order. They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a resalable, brand-new condition. Any marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you, and no store credit or exchange will be given. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange some items, including socks and some personal protective equipment. The actual cost of re-shipping applies for exchanges. If returning an item, you will need to contact us for details.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, will offer you a refund less shipping cost, provided that the goods are in as-new, unused and original condition within 30 days of you receiving the order. They must be returned in the original packaging, at your cost with all tags attached, and in a resalable, brand-new condition. Any marks or damage to the item and/or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you, and no store credit or exchange will be given.
